Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refund eligibility work for paid Pxlify subscriptions. By subscribing to Pxlify Pro you agree to the terms below.

1. Summary
Pxlify operates a no money-back refund policy on all paid subscriptions. You can cancel your Pro plan at any time. When you cancel, you keep full Pro access until the end of the current billing interval, and you are not charged again from the start of the next interval onwards.
2. No Money-Back Refunds
All subscription fees paid to Pxlify are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds, prorated credits, or partial refunds for:
- The unused portion of a billing period after you cancel;
- Periods during which you did not use, or made limited use of, the Pro features;
- Subscriptions that auto-renewed and you forgot to cancel before the renewal date;
- Plan downgrades made during an active billing period.
Please consider this carefully before subscribing. The Free tier is always available so you can evaluate Pxlify with zero financial commitment.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription in your dashboard. Cancellation is processed immediately and confirmed on screen, and a confirmation email is sent by our payment provider.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not retroactively refund the current or any past billing period.
4. End of Current Interval
After you cancel, your account remains on the Pro plan and you keep full access to all Pro features until the end of the billing interval you have already paid for. This period ends on the date shown next to “Pro access ends” in your Settings page, which corresponds to the day your next renewal would have charged.
During this remaining time you can continue to use unlimited recordings, unlimited screenshots, unlimited AI transcripts, and every other Pro entitlement exactly as before.
5. No Charges From the Next Interval
From the start of the next billing interval onwards you will not be charged again. Your account automatically transitions to the Free tier on that date, and the Free-tier limits begin to apply. Your stored recordings, screenshots, and transcripts remain in your library subject to the Free-tier active-item limits.
6. How to Cancel
To cancel your Pro subscription:
- Open the Pxlify dashboard.
- Go to Settings from the sidebar.
- In the Subscription card, click Cancel subscription and confirm.
- Your Subscription card will update to show the date your Pro access ends.
If you signed up before this self-service flow was available and can’t see the cancel button, contact us at support@pxlify.com and we’ll cancel on your behalf — the same end-of-interval rules apply.
7. Exceptions
The only exceptions to the no-refund rule are cases where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction (for example, statutory cooling-off periods in some regions for first-time digital subscriptions). Where such laws apply, we will honour them.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer — most issues can be resolved directly and far more quickly. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that initiate fraudulent chargebacks.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active subscribers by email. Changes apply only to subscriptions started or renewed after the new policy takes effect.
